WOMEN’S BOOK STUDY

HARRISBURG, PA

We'll be going through the book "Jesus and Women: In the First Century and Now" by Kristi McLelland. This group will be hosted by Mariette Paré and Deb Cieslukowski at Mariette’s home.

This is a 7 week Bible study focusing on the women in the Bible, using what they encountered face-to-face with Jesus to understand how Jesus cares for women more deeply, further fueling our worship of Him. Kristi is a fantastic Bible teacher and helps us look at the scriptures through a "middle-eastern" lens rather than a "western" lens. This does include homework to do between our sessions - all optional but definitely deepens what is taught and is not very time consuming.

Meets Friday mornings from 9:30-11:30am for 7 weeks, beginning January 24.
