Bishop Joseph Garlington and his wife Barbara have been pastors of Covenant Church of Pittsburgh, a multiracial and cross-cultural community, for over 40 years. Covenant Church has been a model for racial healing and reconciliation through worldwide Reconciliation! Ministries International. Nearly 1,000 churches are part of the healing network. Locally, CCOP reaches into the Pittsburgh community with many outreaches to the poor and the business community.
